About

Performance-Based Visual Documentation

Working close to the action, inside the operational rhythm of high-performance sailing teams.

Profile

I work close to the team. On the water, onboard, and around daily operations. Following what happens in real conditions, without intervening more than necessary.

Raised by Sailors. Regattas, long crossings and life at sea shaped how I read movement and timing. Later, photography, design and visual storytelling became part of the same working method.

I’ve worked in environments like the America’s Cup with American Magic, The Ocean Race, and offshore sailing around the world onboard Maiden, where I completed a full circumnavigation.

In total, more than 45,000 nautical miles that have shaped how I understand performance, rhythm and decision-making at sea.

How I see it

What interests me is not just what happens, but how it happens.

The small differences in trim.

The way a manoeuvre builds and resolves.

How a crew moves when everything is working well.

I try to capture things in a way that can be read clearly, that allows you to come back to them and see something again.

Focus

Document technical decisions with enough clarity to be useful after publication.

Translate onboard pressure and team process into visual communication with context.

Deliver quickly without compromising consistency, sequence and narrative precision.

Technical perspective

During the Volvo Ocean Race, I followed the race through stopovers and team operations, documenting how the system works behind race day.

How I work

I stay close, without getting in the way.

I adapt quickly to changing conditions.

I frame work so progress can be compared over time.

I deliver fast, because timing matters.

Background

I studied Electronic Art and Digital Design in Barcelona, building a foundation in visual systems and structure, now applied across photography, video and design.
